When to call

Genea offers you 24/7 on-call medical support during your treatment with nurses available to answer your concerns over the phone. Our flagship clinic at Kent St, Sydney is staffed by Nurses with reduced staffing on Saturdays and public holidays so non-urgent enquiries may be returned on the next business day during these times.

If your particular Genea clinic isn't staffed over the weekend or on a public holiday, nursing coverage will be provided by the Kent St clinic.
